Pirates Dominate in Championships
Stuyvesant swimmer junior Chris D’Ambrosia was cruising ahead of the pack in the 100-yard butterfly, while his teammate junior Charles Kim was neck-and-neck with James Madison High School swimmer Roy Maleh for second place. D’Ambrosia finished first and Kim managed to edge ahead of Maleh by 0.21 seconds in the last yards of the race for second place and the first one-two (first place, second place) of the meet.
